Grant Burge Pinot Noir Chardonnay 47- Tanunda, SATinged with copper hues, the wine exhibits a delightful biscuit like nose combined with ripe strawberry and peach characters. Courabyra Sauvignon Blanc 46- Tumbarumba, NSW1 of 11 Sauvignon Blanc 2021 is a clear pale-yellow colour. A slightly sweeter style than our usual wines but is produced in the same dry style. This variety showcases gooseberry and elderflower notes with characteristics of green apple and citrus providing a crisp and refreshing finish.
On The Fly Pinot Gris 12.5/46- Tumbarumba, NSWWhite peach fruit aromas with a touch of spice. Rich amalgam of flavours – ripe fruit and spice. Courabyra Chardonnay 48- Tumbarumba, NSWThe newly released 2022 vintage of the 1 of 11 Chardonnay is light straw in colour, has aromas of stone fruit and zesty citrus undertones and has been developed in old oak. A fresh wine with balanced acidity and full of fruity vitality. It is clean and crisp on the palate and is very characteristic of the classic Tumbarumba Chardonnays.
Brown Bothers Moscato 9/39- Hunter Valley, NSWMoscato is an often-misunderstood grape, yet in the hands of a talented winemaker it's pretty memorable: an approachable and easy-drinking white wine that’s beautifully fresh with a soft musk aroma, and a delicate sparkling finish. The aromatic lift of Moscato complements many spicy dishes while the sweetness balances the chilli heat.

Freeman Rondo Rosé 48- Hilltop, NSWMade using the classic saignée method, draining the juice after a short time in contact with the grape skins, this palest pink, spicy rosé displays a dry creamy palate with refreshing minerality balanced by soft tannins. Beguiling berry and lime blossom aromas, characteristic spice and refreshing, lingering palate. This wine is a delicious aperitif – serve chilled with briny, freshly shucked oysters because the soft tannins harmonise with the metallic zinc of these molluscs. The style also matches well with antipasto, sushi, crab linguine or grilled salmon. Or simply chill and sip as the sun goes down.

Freeman Shiraz 12.5/46- Hilltop, NSWAn intense blackberry coloured savoury wine distinguished by light pepper and spice aromas and distinctive dark cherry fruit. A complex wine that hovers enticingly between power and restraint while featuring a refined tannin frame and persistence. Enjoy with a seared Wagyu steak.
Pepperjack Shiraz 46.5- Barossa Valley, SARich dark red in colour with a dark purple rim, the nose shows rich concentrated red and blue fruits, dark chocolate and rich mocha notes with hints of spice and cedary oak. The palate is rich and plush with good structure. There is a concentrated layer of berry fruit and oak which is balanced with the fine tannins to give length and power while finishing soft and full of flavour.
Courabyra Shiraz 48- Tumbarumba, NSWLifted lavendar and crushed mint aromas.A medium to full bodied wine with cassis fruit and blackberry on the palate. Cabernet tannins kick in, finishing fine, long and dry. Serve with roast leg of lamb and mint sauce or tomato based pasta dishes.
On The Fly Pinot Noir 55- Tumbarumba, NSWSavoury and fruit aromas with a touch of herbaceousness. Elegant red fruits on the front of the palate (cherry and redcurrant) followed by soft tannins with a pleasant finish. The grapes were pressed using the traditional Burgundian method of pigeage (by foot). 12% of the bunches were left whole during the subsequent open top fermentation to add complexity to the wine. The wine was matured in French Alliers oak barrels for 9 months before being blended together and bottled. This wine says "Love me for my elegance as well as my complexity”.
Kosciuszko Pinot Noir 12/40- Tumbarumba, NSWThis Pinot Noir is well balanced and light ruby in colour and has aromas of roses and violets and flavours of cherry, plum and strawberry. A very elegant wine with long lingering finish. Ideal with meat especially lamb, also matched very will with duck and classic tapas style dishes.
Freeman Sangiovese 10/45- Hilltop, NSWCaptivating bright garnet hue with appealing aromas of Morello cherry and dried herbs over a gentle spicy frame. The mid-weight palate is plush with rich flavours and underlying ripe fruit, subtle oak and balancing fine-grained tannins. Grant Burge Merlot 9/43- Barossa Valley, SAThis merlot is an attractive modern style wine that is jam-packed full of all the fruit flavours Merlot lovers have come to adore; Plum, Blueberry and Blackcurrant. Along with that dense fruitiness comes a medium weight in the palate that isn't overladen with sweetness which lends itself magnificently to food pairing with a lean pork and chickpea salads.
Wild Duck Creek Estate 65Yellow Hammer Hill Shiraz Malbec Cabernet - Heathcote, VicGarnet red colour. The nose is so alluring. Sniff after sniff reveals earth, cut meats and blood sausage. Its intoxicating dark boysenberry aromas keep you coming back for more. The flavours are bold yet silky, supple, gritty and tightly wound. It’s opulent with a palate full of blue fruits. Blueberry, plums and tart red cherry are wonderfully primary. The back palate is long and sophisticated. Partly matured in concrete vats to further highlighting the pristine fruit in this wine. Originally just a Shiraz / Malbec blend, we added Cabernet Sauvignon to this wine to give greater textural diversity. The grapes are sourced from the same vineyards every year, fully and gently de-stemmed, hand plunged and basket pressed. The wine is then matured for up to 23 months in older French and American oak barriques, hogsheads, and large format vats, as well as some concrete vats for added complexity. Yellow Hammer Hill is a wonderful all round red wine to be enjoyed with almost any occasion.
Tumblong Hills Sangiovese 49.5- Gundagai, NSWFlavours of bright cherry, strawberry and thyme braced by savoury textures and fine fruit tannin. Pair with rich roasted meat, cured sausages, hard cheeses, tomato & Italian influenced dishes.
Tumblong Hills Cabernet Sauvignon 12/45- Gundagai, NSWColour of youthful magenta, aroma predominantly blackberry. Medium bodied palate flooded with variants of ripe red fruits and subtle spicy French Oak, while still maintaining the fine-tannin composition that is synonymous with classic cabernet sauvignon wines. Best paired wit nearly all red meat. The wine is best enjoyed with food and is great in sauces or reductions.
